Pros

This is a company that takes pride in its family like atmosphere. They promote teamwork and collaboration and regularly hold outings so that the team can bond outside of the work environment. Macrosoft goes above and beyond to ensure that all employees understand that they’re part of a big happy family.

Cons

You can get promotions but it takes time to get there.

Pros

A great company that offers good career opportunities. They’re about average sized with a good number of employees. There’s plenty of room to work your way up the ladder if you’re very ambitious. I’ve been here for two years and have no intention of leaving anytime soon.

Cons

Some delays in communication. They could improve here.
