Environment is very health and task focused. People are really very good and are very helpful. Here is no office politics and people will encourage and help you. They are always available if you need anyone to help you with on some task. People are very friendly here. Here are lots of learning opportunities and you will find people always working on new and emerging technologies. Macrosoft have more than 50 clients from fortune 500 companies. Here is a trend of old employees coming back and rejoining Macrosoft.

Cons

No paid trips or dinners from company. No farewell when someone leaves company.
