Pros

I have had the pleasure of working for Inoapps, within our Change Management Department, for over a year now. I can honestly say that I have never worked with such an exciting and deeply rewarding organisation throughout my career. I say this confidently, after careful reflection of the fantastic experiences that I have shared with my department and wider network of colleagues. This is an organisation where your talents are always needed. You are expected to think on your feet, lean on one another for support at times and, inspire and encourage both colleagues and clients to think in new and imaginative ways to help transform the way we think and work.

Cons

Inoapps is in a period of rapid growth. This is a very exciting time for all colleagues. As such, we all have to ensure we continue to communicate with one another on a regular basis which can sometimes be very challenging. These challenges, however, are being addressed excellently by an unrelenting commitment and tenacity from our senior leadership team who always ensure they make time to hold regular meetings with the entire company as well as providing each colleague with an "open door policy".

Freedom to take your own initiative, providing that it makes commercial sense to do so Encouragement from Management Support from colleagues - people across the company willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve your objectives Opportunity to be creative and progress your career No micro-management Having a flexible holiday entitlement that means you don't have to work on a bank holiday if another day suits you better!

Cons

Genuinely can't think of anything in the few months since I joined.
