Pros

I have worked at Inoapps for almost 7 years now and whilst the business has suffered growing pains, I can honestly say I have always been treated with respect and have been looked after very well during my time here. I have been given the opportunities to learn new and enhance existing skills and have recently moved into a new role within the business. There has been considerable investment in improving the employee experience and in my opinion this really shows. In a recent employee satisfaction survey, 85% of the high anonymous responses said that they would recommend Inoapps as a place to work. For those who do a good job, work hard and respect their colleagues and customers, it’s a great place to work.

Cons

From a cons point of view I personally feel that the benefit of working from home rather than constantly needing to travel at time and cost is a big benefit but this isn’t for everyone. Additionally due to the international growth of the business it means we don’t get to see our colleagues as often as we used to but this does also bring international opportunities which many have been very fortunate to benefit from.

One of the Hidden Gems in Tech Industry

Pros

Chance to work on Fast paced development environment while exploring and learning new things. Possibilities to work with wide choice of clients and rare projects. Good, helpful and technically strong people in Organization who always want to give their best.

Cons

Not much to think of rather than bit of pressure, which in my opinion brings the best of us.

Pros

Lots of interesting projects and always using the latest tools. For people that are keen to take on new skills and areas, then lots of opportunity to grow and expand

Cons

Things change on a regular basis, so if you like knowing what you are going to be doing on a day by day, week by week basis, you might struggle with the speed of change.
