Pros
I joined Inoapps from one of the big 4 consulting companies with several years experience in Oracle, albeit being relatively new to Oracle Apps having come from a legacy applications background. Ive found it to be an excellent career move for myself to develop. Pay is good for my knowledge and experience and they seem to have a real "get stuck in" mentality. Management are great compared to previous roles I've had and are very flexible with you and supportive. The projects are interesting and you always have loads to do, usually dealing with the latest technologies on the market, and training has been provided for me when working with a new aspect of Oracle technology. Senior management are very easy to get along with, and very down to earth. Overall id say Inoapps is a very exciting company to work for, they have grown rapidly and expanded globally in a short amount of time and there's always a steady flow of new pieces of work. I will be staying with Inoapps for the foreseeable future!
Cons
Personally I cant say there are many downsides, can sometimes be very last minute with travel plans and client visits. But 9/10 this is due to client demands and not Inoapps themselves. There isnt much structure to internal processes like 1 to 1 reviews and things are usually done in ad-hoc basis, however management are always available to speak to when required.
