Benefits such as health/vision/and dental. With tuition assistance and free mental health counseling appointments.

Cons

Higher ups from different departments have a say as to what your workflow looks like. Pay increases are incredibly small over the course of a year and don’t change your paycheck at all. Different clinics can vary in workload and no one says anything about it.
