      Way too many managers and way too many change name for doing the same thing they have been doing what happened to ADIET PLAN which is now called something else now

      Pros

      Inova has great benefits. The insurance is great and cheap, even when adding more than yourself. The Urgent Cares are fairly flexible with hours and can definitely get you enough hours to hit full-time or even overtime. Some managers will give you bonuses for covering different shifts that are at other sites or just for picking up more shifts. Centers are only open 9am-4pm on major holidays.

      Cons

      Inova is very short staffed, at least at the Urgent Cares. Occasionally, we will close early due to not having a doctor for the day. There will be days where there will be no nurse, radiology tech, or even patient registration. Because they are so short staffed, people are constantly asked to come in on days off. Sometimes a bonus will be offered, but not constantly. Another downside is PTO is for both sick and vacation days. If the site is closed early, you will normally need to use PTO to get the remainder of your hours. The centers are only closed on Christmas Day. Management is very hectic. New centers are constantly being opened, causing more staffing issues
