      Pros

      Competitive pay, obviously working with patients is why people get into healthcare business so that was great. nursing staff is great

      Cons

      management staff is awful. they dont listen to employees at all, and when they finally do give you the time of day, they are very condescending and dismissive

      Pros

      Inova contracted out engineering department in 2012. ABM BUILDING MAINTENANCE co. is in charge.Steady work with always busy environment inside mostly, out of the elements,pay is not the best in the industry, but still good,with 401 sharing plan and sick leave and vacation.

      Cons

      ABM MANAGEMENT FOR THE HOSPITAL IS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE, will bully you mercilessly as a group of managers,like a Mafia,extremely incompetent as building engineers, and management heavy,extremely meddling and untrusting.

      Decent benefits package, great leadership training program.

      Expecting one employee to cover the work of 2-3 and lack of investment in non-revenue departments who provided direct patient care to comply with Joint Commission standards of care.
