      Great experience and staff that cares. The culture and compassion prove Inova has a dedicated staff that believes in high quality patient care.

      Cons

      Work force reductions in the past have damaged culture a bit. The hospital is committed to improving this and working to improve engagement.

      I spent my entire nursing career of 32 years at INOVA Fairfax making a difference at the patient's bedside.

      Pros

      I loved coming to work daily because I sensed I was valued as a team member to care for the patients I was assigned to daily. I was heard and respected for my experience and knowledge and participated in many unit, hospital and system wide committees to make positive change.

      Cons

      Some changes lately impacted on the more experienced, longevity, and higher paid staff that gave a feeling of being devalued.
