      Pros

      Inova is financially stable, located in an excellent market and in an industry with strong growth. As a veritable monopoly, Inova enjoys little competitive pressure.

      Cons

      Lack of a clear mission. The organization continues to undergo regular reorganization - about every tow to three years there are major leadership changes that can dissrupt anyone looking for growth opportunity. The current permutation is a flattening of management - good for new hires, very unsettling for mid- level managers

      Pros

      Prestige of putting Inova on your resume, good benefits, good pay for clinical positions, great opportunity to learn a lot about how health care works.

      Cons

      Horrible pay for non-clinical, service positions, management cares more about how they look to the rest of the hospital instead of its own staff, as well as favoritism shown when it comes to promotions
