Pros
Working with nurses and other health care workers is rewarding. Supporting them is a pleasure.
Cons
Short on resources, both staff and budget for the basics. No money for technology in the office environment...way behind the curve in support. Money goes to support the medical technology as it should, but there still needs to be some balance.
