Lack of transparency even though they said they were. There was no real integrity shown. Lack of communication through the departments. Higher managers said they were listening and were with us but that was very untrue.

They will stab you in the back if you are a full time Coder.. worked there for over 14 years full-time with benefits… There’s also part-timers working with no benefits… This past October they laid all the full-time people off with benefits. They also are the highest paid employees and kept a part-time people with no benefits… Then three weeks later, they decided to call the full-time people back and asked if they wanted to work part time with no benefits!! Way to go way to get stabbed to the back! Do not work here. You cannot trust them then when you try to contact them, they will ghost you… Started out good..but that’s it
