      Thought I would work and retire from Inovalon, but was Mislead, Very Hurtful,Seniority means Nothing, Never Complained

      Pros

      Training was okay, few good trainers, Ceu's were available, if you need them. You get to work on different projects,( that could add to your resume ) a few exceptional super's and managers, I just wonder what managers do? Do they work? I wonder about the QAT Team? also. Us Coders work really hard, that's what I know.

      Cons

      Great place to start out, for experience, too many changes, which can affect work/life balance. Survey asked which project would you like to work on, ( trying to be reasonable???) you make your choices, and several weeks later, those choices, you wish not to work on, you are pulled back to your non choices. So, why do a Survey? The plan was in place, before the Survey.

      Pros

      one doesn't work weekends, holidays pay is good for what one does hours are ok do allow for schedule adjustments

      Cons

      Stress is horrendous one has to have a quality score of 90% or more/month constant write ups and belittlement to RNs. RNs with several years of experience are told they need to follow a "script" to teach about health to "members" Given X amount of PTO but if one uses it up and has to call off for a child being ill or themselves being ill, written up, NO COMPASSION for the employees, turnover is HUGE!

      Pros

      Good compensation and leaves. Working remote is allowed. Some people are nice.

      Cons

      Worst company to work for. No loyalty towards their employees. Laying off employees just one day without any notice or indication. There is no basis for lay offs you will keep working your ass off and they even won't bother considering it. Even the team and managers nobody even gives you any idea...and 1 day while you are working they will call you and ask you to leave. Firing so many employees in May and then again hiring in June. Do not trust the management.
