- The products that could do well don't and will not due to terrible management. - Instead of laying people off because they have such dissatisfied customers and their money is gone, they have laid out the newest initiative for company morale... giving their employees 30 day performance plans like they are candy and firing people before they are even over. You heard that right, 30 day PIPs. Instead of growing your employees you are putting the blame on them and telling them "just do better". The real kicker is the PIPS have unrealistic metrics (20+ opps in 30 days??) or metrics that they just decided to throw in there the next week. My favorite is "gave the entire team a request to close/won 1-3 opps by Oct 12" (I see you) that wasn't on the original PIP! Just a request they threw out there to make it look like they had a reason to fire someone that they've had a target on for months. - They took away remote work for anyone within 50 miles of an office. When you get to the office you're going to working with your team online still though... smart. - They say there is no caps to commission. That's a lie. There are months you bring in deals and get a lovely $0 commission. - Extremely rare for them to attend trade shows. The majority of 2023 were canceled because there's no budget. The list just keeps growing. It's extremely sad how downhill this company has gone.
