Toxic culture, they have to pay people to stay. CEO needs to go as he is the reason it's such a bad place to work.

Majority of the staff are helpful and friendly. Promotions possible.

Cons

Ridiculously heavy workload Expected to work long hours Micromanaged to some extent No time for self development or learning Expected to help other teams when they fall behind Expected to know how every product works but no time to learn them Some teams are extremely protective and love to get others in trouble. Company has so many people in Sales positions but hardly any in operations, which creates a poor customer experience.
