      Bullying culture. Unqualified managers. Some regular employees get promoted to management positions without being provided with the training and skills needed to make this transition a success!

      Pros

      There are a few good and genuine people here, I have walked away with a few good friends, that's it. Nothing else positive to say, working here was bad for my health, well being, and overall happiness.

      Cons

      Horrible company culture, favoritism, no confidentiality within HR, raises/bonuses are horrible unless you're "liked", inaccurate portrayal of what your job duties will be, mgmt/HR is not trustworthy, high turnover
