      If you work on the right team, and work hard you can get promoted through the ranks. director or higher

      Cons

      Inovalon has a habit of over promising and under delivering to clients, due to high pressure sale goals and no checks and balances on client commitments. They promote great individual contributors to be leaders even though these people are the worst at managing & motivating people.

      Lots of opportunities for training.

      Cons

      The culture can be extremely toxic at times. Management is extremely top heavy. Communication between groups is often non existent due to competing objectives and or strained relationships.
