      work from home during office hours

      cold hearted company-will lay off or reduce work without any notice whatsoever-will beg, plead, rah rah with marketing mumbo jumbo to get people to work overtime when they need them then boot them out when they are finished with them-they call a meeting, don't even tell their workers thank you or good afternoon and cold heartedly read a script to advise them no longer needed-was a great company when Dr. Dunleavy was directly involved-he used to say he wanted Inovalon to be an "employer of choice" and they were!-we saw it coming when they got so top heavy with management and constant testing/stress/production/scorecards etc-glad to be booted out now-made my decision easy!

      Terrible management! No work ethic and you are always lied to about what is going on! Big clicks in supervisors and you are treated like a puppet! Terrible communication! No job security, go for weeks with no work!!

      The structure for client support is pod based, the top starting with a Director of CS or General Manager. The structure allows for support from all areas (e.g. Operations, product).

      Cons

      My last experience was that my boss put no effort in to resolving an open expense report. I was never refunded for the expense. I informed HR in my exit interview. They assured me they would follow up. This example best demonstrated what you will deal with if working for Inovalon. Aside from that, products tend to be unstable, management is poor, morale is low, and while it fluctuates, the work load can often be unsustainable.
