      Pros

      - Positive, vibrant and passionate peers - Team atmosphere within many departments - Community focused at the employee level - Employee recognition -Team and group events - team building - Flexibility in schedule, and work hours (e.g., ability to work from home, which helps with work-life balance)

      - Lack of consistency within the company - More transparency as far as strategy and year over year goals of the company as a whole

      Pros

      None they are probably hopeless and won't pay attention anyway.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Abusive, screaming, arrogant and not really well versed in the data they claim to understand, they make claims that are unsupported by reality about the quality of their data and their analyses.

      Pros

      Direct Deposit without any bounced checks.

      Cons

      Everything else that you can think of. Discrimination. Some get reprimanded while others do not; some are the "teachers pet" and get by with everything under the sun. The "top dog" does not know her job and should not have been promoted. You do not want to know what the rumors are, but I will leave it to your imagination.
