Employees are not valued. That is evident in everything from their paltry PTO to the health insurance offerings to the constant layoffs. You can buy stock options but why would you? You see how things work on the inside and realize it’s not a good investment. I regret my decision to work for this company. I would advise anyone considering this employer to keep looking.

still looking for minorities being represented in the C-suite and on executive team. Probably never going to happen as they have had very capable candidates, however they were passed over for promotions in favor of less qualified associates who better fit the "look" of Inovalon. It is a good ole' boy company as evident in the leadership. It is the most toxic company I have ever worked. There is NO work life balance. You better come with your own phone and once you give your number out, it's a wrap. Everyone will have it and you will be expected to respond to text messages outside of normal working hours. It's literally like a sweat shop without the textiles. Beware....layoffs happen every February/March. Like clockwork. So if you need stability.....DON'T APPLY.
