I will start off by saying that most reviews on here are fair. Meaning I believe each person is describing their tenure accurately. This isn’t a place for everyone. Some people like the fast pace and challenging culture and will use it to seek out promotions, new experiences and skills. Others will face an uphill battle depending on their job and group and will move on. There are good people here that make the day to day grind very enjoyable. And the mission behind the business is unique and interesting.

Cons

Lots of leadership and organizational changes that can be unsettling. Communication isn’t always a priority which causes stress amongst employees. Benefits could be better in terms of healthcare, education, etc. Lots of RIFs and turnover make it sometimes impossible to get things accomplished. Some basic corporate functions are not as advanced as you would like to see such as HR and technology.
