      The atmosphere in Nashville is improving by the day! There were some struggles at the beginning with clear expectations and consistency across all departments and leaders. This can be expected as we've grown dramatically in a short period of time and 'culture' can take a while. We've made great strides over the past few months and the 'vibe' in Nashville is growing into one that is supportive, high performing and fun! The leaders in Nashville have worked hard to create a culture that is fun which was evidenced last week as we had our first annual 'We are Inovalon' BBQ. We had a half-day cookout at a local park and there was a lot of dancing, games and good times had all around. No place is perfect but I can honestly say that Nashville is working very hard to be an 'employer of choice' in the Nashville area. If you have a good ethic and are ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work, you will thrive here!

      Consistency. As stated before, this is a work in progress but it's vital to a culture that's fair and supportive to all employees.

      Good immigration team. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      benefits and pay are below average, unqualified managers with no leadership skills or long term vision. no set criteria for promotions or merit, managers often criticize and lie to their employees. executive leadership doesn't know where the company is headed. layoff's and restructuring occur every quarter. Overall a toxic work environment, lot of politics,favoritism and backstabbing and poor work ethics.
