This is the WORST company ever. Hiring Process-I was hired along with 6 others as review specialist working with medical records but during training, the trainer informed us that we would be Call Center Representatives calling random health insurance members to try and get them scheduled to see there PCP. When I brought these concerns to the director, he chalked it up as a “miscommunication.” Environment and Management- These work environment was completely entail with gossiping and lies from coworkers and supervisors. After a month into the position, it was announced in an email that the site would be closing which was crazy because what’s the points of hiring us if the building was going to be closing. The director also tried to say he didn’t know the building was going to close after the announcement which nobody bought. Superivors do to much micromanaging about talking your breaks and being in certain codes in the phones. This company is the worst and I hope they go out of business.

Management sucks they keep their employees in dark they lie they don’t care about their employees they close one location and open an other one in different states so you will have a job one day and next day you will find out that they are closing this company in next 4 months so now you are again in job hunting so take this review seriously
