      Pros

      Work/Life balance in the Human Resources department is good, that's how I found a new job! Other departments it is null and void.

      Cons

      Every department and every position has a pay band, except recruiters. Pay your recruiters what they are actually worth, not what you THINK they are worth!

      Pros

      Well, there really aren't any. It's a paycheck. Every once in a while, they may feed you pizza for lunch, woah!!!!

      Cons

      We have been called bottom feeders by upper mgmt. Work 60-90 hrs week and bit even appreciated! Used to get to leave early for holidays, not any more. It's all about padding the companies pockets but the employees don't see it! We are forced to beat our ppl into working harder when they are already working as hard as they can with a POS computer system that we have (SAFHIRE). It's time to open your eyes before it's too late and your company goes under. There is a reason you keep changing your company name every few years!

      The $ isn't worth it, but they pay fairly well.

      Cons

      There is NO work/life balance. You work any and all hours of the day and weekends to get things done that were over promised or broken.
