      Inovalon seems to be focused on addressing its negative perception.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Inovalon is addressing its negative perception with an onslaught of fake positive reviews and not actually fixing any of the very real problems it has. For your sake, don't listen to these fake positive reviews. Layoffs have been aplenty, the work culture is toxic, and you'll regret your decision immediately if you work there. Inovalon treats employees poorly and wants to trick you into working there. Don't fall for it. Scroll back a few pages and read the real honest reviews from people who actually worked there and not the HR team trying to trick you into joining so they can meet their hiring goals.
