      Pros

      I've been with the company now for about a year and a half and I must say that I'm pleased with my personal development since I've been onboard. Everyone makes you feel at ease and comfortable to speak with which makes collaborating a much easier and quicker process. Training opportunities are grand as we have a database that always keeps up to date on products and innovations. Inovalon has been great at communicating their wants and ambitions as a company as well as us as individuals. I've never felt "left out". My team is excellent and I love the people that I work with. Everyone is knowledgeable in their field and bring different aspects of work into our company. Most importantly, there has been growth in as I was promoted shortly after a year of service.

      Although its communicated, management changes frequently.

      Pros

      Since joining Inovalon, I have been fortunate to be a part of a team that is committed to continuous improvement through commitment and hard work. Like any growing company, success is not achieved without a few wrong turns. Some of the recent changes in senior leadership have better aligned the teams and increased the cross-functional collaboration to the highest levels I have seen in my five years with the company. The results show in our performance, the improved quality of our products and the opportunities created. Opportunities exist for those who believe that your greatest accomplishments are ahead of you and not what you did yesterday. The company is supportive of those that want to do more. Be prepared to ask when the opportunity is in front of you. Success does not come without pressure and hard work, but it is rewarded.

      Cons

      Learning could be more structured, which can be challenging for new hires. However, there are very knowledgeable leaders in the organization who will openly take the time to help you learn if you ask them. Frequently, the most successful new team members are those who take this time.
