      Pros

      you are completely independent, do not have anybody micro managing and the very best thing no drama in the office everyday. when the work is light fits my situation so no complaints there.

      Cons

      sometimes there are times when no work is available but this is not a con for me personally.

      Great base pay.. Work schedule was pretty decent. Very flexible personal time. I like that the company does not do a lot of micro management

      Cons

      Poor management.. They use a lot of favoritism.. Not enough challenging work. No room for growth opportunities. Everyone is on different pages instead of being on one accord
