Great company atmosphere in Michigan office. The higher ups care about the people doing the work and value input. They create opportunities for advancement and employee morale events. They strive for longevity of employees.

Cons

Some mid-level management with power trips. A few were recently let go but a few remain. Open office environment can feed the gossip mill and everyone trying to know everyone else's business.
