      available remote work, dissent pay. none that I can think about besides the first two. none that I can think about besides the first two.

      Cons

      Completely mismanaged, huge favoritism, disconnect between the business and technical teams, too much politics which in many cases prevents the good thing to happen.

      None I can think of!

      Cons

      If this is your full time you better have back up plans; Hardly any hours, sometimes entire week you only work for 5 hours; no communication, Supervisors are least bothered with your issues, get irritated if you try to make your point or address any problems; keeps on hiring new people but can't provide even 15 hours to full time employee; when they hire want you to commit for 40 hours. No perks or benefits.
