      Pros

      If you have good relations with manager like buy them lunch and hang out, you can have some flexibility at work.

      Cons

      Managers are abussive. Sometimes they do bad behave. They dont care about good employees. Most of the team have same problem. No work life balance there. Most of the weekend, you need to work. No raise and no encouragements.

      Great base pay.. Work schedule was pretty decent. Very flexible personal time. I like that the company does not do a lot of micro management

      Cons

      Poor management.. They use a lot of favoritism.. Not enough challenging work. No room for growth opportunities. Everyone is on different pages instead of being on one accord

      not any I can remember. Really!!

      Cons

      Leads act like they are so busy. The fact is they are not well qualified and unorganized. They act like they are so busy they can't even answer your email when they only have 20 people to manage. Really. I now for a company that each supervisor has over 60 people to manage. It is the quality and character of the supervisor/lead, not the number assigned to each lead.
