Pros

One of the leading companies in healthcare data analytics, good work-life balance. The company works with leading healthcare providers (clients), but the work can be repetitive after a very short while.

Cons

Low salary, career path is not well-defined, managers do not care about your career progression or goals - it's everyone's individual responsibility to chart their own course. High turnover because of lackluster attitude of management to address employee issues.

Pros

If you are looking for a pay check you will receive one. You will wear multiple hats and be pushed to the limit. A good place to see how long you will last before you will second guess your whole life existence on how the Hell did I land here.

Cons

If you are looking for a career, this is not the place. If you want to see how long can last before you mentally break than this is the place for you. There is No Work Life Balance, Management will run a good employee’s into the ground. High Turnover, Very Low Morale. If you take a job there ask your peers how long have they been there.. Most likely less than 2 years. If they have been there for over 2 years they are probably in management or have some strong connection to management. Ruled by the Iron Fist that you will lose your job if you don’t sacrifice your personal life for the company. Bonuses is an inside joke they tell future employees to take less for their current salary.

The ideals of the organization to use data to improve healthcare outcomes is laudable. Grown enough to be a publicly traded company.

Cons

They don't value employees. Everyone is readily disposable. Burn out level is high. The employee benefits are not great and are expensive.
