      The pros include compensation package, gym benefits, morale events (although inconsistent across the company), location, training, career advancement, and experience.

      Cons

      Culture, working from home is at a manager level and becoming rare, unrealistic demands on workload, unrealistic expectations, no work life balance, young managers with little experience, etc.
