Pros

Work from home when there is work available online. They only offer 24/hrs a week at the most to start so if your not looking for full time this is the job for you.

Cons

The 3 weeks of training from your home office using webinars and conference calls everyday was the worst experience ever! Too many people on the call(average 40 people), all trying to talk at the same and over the trainers. The explanation of the field work is sketchy at best and details not given until the last day. The FRS I dealt with was not supportive and made me feel like I was bothering her when I had a question. Run, don't walk from this job!

Pros

Inovalon is a growing company as it recently went public and has begun branching into new market places and making acquisitions. It has creates great opportunities for new positions and they like to promote within. The pay is very competitive and the benefits are pretty decent as well. I am in the innovation department and the people who I work with are creative and enjoyable to be around. Our department has a great atmosphere.

Cons

At times the office can be a little uptight. There are a lack of personnel resources which makes getting new initiatives accomplished a challenge.

I worked from home 50% of the time, out in the field the other 50%. if you don't like working in an office this job is for you

Cons

They didn't always reimburse for gas or your time in the car. There were times when there wasn't any work so you didn't get paid.
