      I enjoy the work Sometimes able to work from home Good training experiences and I have learned much about coding and extracting data from records

      Cons

      There is not enough work so for weeks at a time I'm not working. You are informed that there are no guaranteed hours. You're required to commit but they do make no promises. The reality of this is discovered once you are employed. "Seasonal" Not reliable employment

      Ability to select availability (which can be changed at a later time); you set your schedule Work in different settings daily

      Cons

      Communication is limited due to out of state location of main office. This puts a strain on the employee/management relationship and the ability to be tangibly assessed for your work performance.
