      None, there is nothing positive to list here. Getting paid every two weeks is all I can think of

      Pay is laughable, benefits are horrible, rigid management, zero work/life balance.... just a miserable environment

      Pros

      They match 401k which is great. Otherwise, there isn't one positive thing I can say about this company.

      Cons

      Benefits are VERY expensive if you're insuring more than just yourself. Salary is nowhere near market. Micromanagement starts with the CEO on down the line. Extremely poor senior management and above. Lack of consistency with company policy enforcement. All our equipment is always broken, being repaired, takes forever to get anything replaced.
