      Growing private company in a great location. Inovalon leaders listen to feedback and are willing to evolve and make changes as the Company scales for the future. Inovalon values its high performers and provides development opportunities. The Company is increasing its investment in and dedication to a highly diversified workforce. The technology and opportunities are interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      Like most technology companies, it's a fast-paced environment, not necessarily an 8 hour day every day.

      One of the things I like best about working here is that its fast paced and dynamic. There is so much going on in the health care industry today and I'm proud of my work knowing that it has impact and relevance.

      With the latest announcements, this company is more energized than ever before. You can feel the excitement of all the cool things going on. I can say I honestly enjoy coming to work everyday knowing my work makes a difference.

      With all that is going on, sometimes, there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day.
