The ethics and morals of the company are a joke. Inovalon treats its employees and its customers like dirt, and the company has a really bad reputation in the industry. There are a few exceptions, but management is, for the most part, very incompetent. Job security is very low. There is little to no opportunity for learning. Executive turnover has been very bad; they cannot seem to keep competent executives. Almost all of them leave in a year. Even though job site lists 100 job openings, company recently fired several hundred people.

Very unorganized. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. The corporate mentality is sickening. The overall office seems depressed and stressed. Nurses are jerked around and they change the rules/expectations almost daily. The leads are trained to look for what is done wrong; there is no positive criticism. Very negative environment. Some of the Leads only have their jobs because they were there at the right time-they lack the qualifications to be leaders. Each lead "grades" calls according to personal preference-there is no continuity. Your grade reflects which person graded the call. It is frustrating to be "graded" like a child on a daily basis-very degrading.
