      Pros

      I have learned a great deal from a very few. They have given some benefits but that was fueled by the 2014 ruling that you have to offer your employees insurance.

      Cons

      Most of the "leads" and about half of the Quality Manager have no real management skills so they manage by intimidation to avoid being closely looked at themselves. The new QAT Team is a joke and the managers running it are NOT experts in their areas. Very dismal place to work!
