      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome. Its a paycheck.

      Cons

      Old boy/frat boy system. Upper management lavishly grants themselves bonuses while the rest of us get pennies. Rather "naughty" company. Read their filings when they went public...see what the SEC said... The bulk of their earnings come from less than 12 clients (albeit large clients). Layoffs come quick when just 1 of those 12 clients either cuts back services or dumps them completely.

      Pros

      Experience you earn while being extremely underpaid while doing the work for 3 different jobs, saving the company 2 salaries (& still being paid the least). It’s such a shame; I loved this company & was passionate about what they were doing.. But one person can only take so much for so long. Especially while watching people who give 50% get promoted.

      Cons

      Working your butt off for over a year in hopes of the rewards that are promised to you. Additionally they claim to want & have such a great culture however, they also essentially tell you to mute yourself & be someone you aren’t. Being the only person in the entire company that knew how to do 1 of those 3 said jobs & upon putting in your 2 weeks you are asked (as an individual contributor) to write an SOP so when I leave they know what to do.

      Modern day sweat shop or slave plantation

      I don't believe there are any other than having a job.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership; Most people in the VP and above couldn't manage a there way out of a trash can.
