      The number one pro is the people who work here. I have been with the company for 5+ years and they are the reason I continue to stay. More Pros: Fast-paced work environment; opportunities to give back to the community; strong core values; opportunity for advancement and promotion is high; summer family fun days and lots of other internal events; FT employees offered full benefits plus 401k matching and 3 weeks PTO...

      If you don't like the fast-paced work environment, this might not be the best fit.

      The pay- I made $36.00/hour. You can work from home, IF there is work. $36 an hour is a fair rate of pay. If you work your stated hours, its a nice income, however you rarely work your stated hours

      I worked at the company for 5 years. There have been several huge lay offs and I was included in this round in July 2017. There is no communication from your supervisor when there will be no work. This can be several weeks or several months. When you contact your supervisor they will tell you that work should start on a specific date and then the date keeps getting moved back. When there is work, they want you to work your stated hours, and over-time when the end of the quarter is near. You are expected to check in everyday to see if there is work, which makes it impossible to make other plans. Accuracy and speed are never rewarded.

      Steady paycheck, except for that one time...

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company that cared less about it's employees. The work is unsteady, if available at all. You are told to log off if it's slow, nevermind that you are trying to earn a living! Easy for them to say. Easy for them to get rid of hard-working employees like yesterday's trash.
