Pros

Cant think of one, except for the paycheck

Cons

Heavy favoritism, teams like EDM where you will get by if you are a girl and dont know anything about work, know how to suck upto management by saying everything that the management says will be done even without thinking if it is possible or not. Constant layoffs, like almost every month. People without any experience nor any talent are all directors. How can somoene who has less than 10 years of experience or any health care knowledge without any leadership skills become Directors. This is a joke of a company, do not even look at one positive review about this company they are all either fake or written by HR. This company deserves a negative rating and people should not be working at companies like these. Its surprising that there are so many companies that are Inovalons clients. Smart people are either let go or are of no value in the company.

Not an ethical or core value based company!

Pros

Really cant say anything positive other than the first 3 years with the company were great. The last 3.5 years have been horrible! They hired a COO that is under investigation for violating law while employed by ibm and he alone has ruined the company! Christopher Greiner. Dr. Keith Dunleavy the founder of the company in Lansing, MI used to visit the Lansing office on a regular basis after moving to MD to open a corporate office for expansions. 3 years ago, those visits abruptly stopped and he has never returned. I used to respect him as a caring leaders, but things changed. The COO corrupted him and the company went public and its been down hill ever since. 5 major layoffs company-wide in the six years I have been with the company with over a 1000+ associates losing their jobs.

Cons

Besides the continuous layoffs that typically occur without notice, there is a hugh turnover (voluntary and involuntary). It a revolving door at all facilities and the remote associates working from home. The human resources department is one of the worst due to upper HR management and HR executive management. There is no offical turnover report I can reference, but based on email term notifications that some associates see, turnover on a regular basis is well over 50%+ on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. I would never recommed this company for employment, but if you insisit, plan on a short term stay unless you have absolutely no integrity and are a mns boy and brown noser who will say YES to everything even if it is unethical and you know its the wrong professional decision.

Pros

Can’t think of single one.

Cons

This is the absolute most unethical company I’ve ever worked for. Extremely high turnover from the top down. Extremely toxic environment with corrupt executives and upper management who will make an effort to destroy anyone that doesn’t conform to their toxic standards. RUN!
