      Pros

      I've been with the company now for about a year and a half and I must say that I'm pleased with my personal development since I've been onboard. Everyone makes you feel at ease and comfortable to speak with which makes collaborating a much easier and quicker process. Training opportunities are grand as we have a database that always keeps up to date on products and innovations. Inovalon has been great at communicating their wants and ambitions as a company as well as us as individuals. I've never felt "left out". My team is excellent and I love the people that I work with. Everyone is knowledgeable in their field and bring different aspects of work into our company. Most importantly, there has been growth in as I was promoted shortly after a year of service.

      Although its communicated, management changes frequently.

      If you are a person to build relationships with your co-workers to achieve a common goal...there are good people to invest your time with.

      Cons

      Poor communication and no work life balance...even in snow storms the show must go on!
