      Run from this sinking ship if your an experienced RN You'll probably be supervised by a CNA You'll be told what to say and when Met CEO once - talk about an EGO - this guy has no credibility. He came to Tampa office to address rumors of office closing. He adamantly rejected rumors. In 1 month we were all walked out of office. No notice. They offered 2 week severance and kept all your banked vacation time. Zero sum gain

      Pros

      My manager was the only Pro until she was let go with many others.

      Cons

      Believe the rumors. Inovalon is closing their doors. You will be out of work soon. They also have a class action lawsuit against them. The CEO got rich and the rest of us got sold out!

      Pros

      Ability to work at home, interesting work assignments, good training programs. I was able to have a 10 hour 4 day work week which was great. Good pay and benefits (until I was laid off)

      Cons

      Everything really depends on the Lead you are assigned to. Some are truly wonderful, and others are terrible and can make your work day miserable. Big company, can be impersonal and isolating -but they are aware of that issue and are attempting to improve in that area. Frequent lay offs, 3 or 4 major layoffs in the 6 years I was there.
