      Pros

      If you have good relations with manager like buy them lunch and hang out, you can have some flexibility at work.

      Cons

      Managers are abussive. Sometimes they do bad behave. They dont care about good employees. Most of the team have same problem. No work life balance there. Most of the weekend, you need to work. No raise and no encouragements.

      Pros

      insurance policy, your phone doesn't ring that much....thus no communication...Work at home, but in the end, that's not even worth it.

      Cons

      flexibility, pay...lowest on the national standard, management, communication, ethic, resources, time off, training, no room for any mistakes, even simple ones. Constant micromanaging, If you are IN with the IN crowd, you should be ok, although in the past year we have lost some pretty excellent leaders...in which we now have new ones. , that could be the problem. As I said it does not matter. There are hundreds of us, and are simply a number. No room for advancement at all.
