      Not one thing is good about Inovalon

      Cons

      This company is too small to be this dysfunctional. The company is growing too quickly and they have beaten off way more than they can chew. The founder/CEO and upper management are completely clueless. They hire people to only lay them off to even out the books and make it look like the company is performing better financially. No plan for who is going to do the work of the people they laid off. People are overworked with no appreciation. For some reason everyone in a leadership role is a VP, SVP, AVP. Where are the director positions? Leaves no room for growth within the organization.

      There are none. Its a job - thats it. Typical corporate crap, constant meetings with the higher ups to blow smoke up everybody's butt's saying what a great job their doing without any real compensation. Overworked, wont higher to meet demands. . If your going to get a job here, be afraid everyday that your going to be let go.

      Cons

      It just got bought out by another LLC. Dont trust this place and stay away.

      Pros

      The experience of working for Inovalon is completely different than the culture displayed online. The company gets caught in politics and does not care about low level employees. Want to work for a company full of old white men and their ideology? Inovalon is the perfect place for you! I loved the team I worked on, however I had a lot of visibility into the shady things going on in other departments which lead me to putting my notice in.

      1. authoritarian leadership, the company misses out on many opportunities because they don't value new ideas or creative solutions from someone with a lesser title 2. forced vaccinations 3. you'll make more money leaving and coming back than you're able to get from an internal promotion based on their compensation policies 4. if you notice a gap on a team with people that have been there for either 6 months or 10 years, ask WHY - what happened to the middle of the pack? I'll give you a clue, they jumped ship after learning how Inovalon operates 5. Inovalon collects healthcare data and sells it to big tech
