      Pros

      1) Salary is up to market standards. 2) Once a year they take you to six flags if you survive the layoffs.

      Cons

      1) Too much politics 2) Too many layoffs 3) Too many rumours of future layoffs 4) Very High attrition rate. People don't stay more than 1 or 2 years. 5) Poor work life balance 6) Processes are very disorganized and broken. 7) Employees are just treated as resources. 8) Have seen hard working people stay wherever they began at for years whereas others get 2 promotions in a year.

      Pros

      Provides good learning platform for someone who is new to healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Management is awful. Lot of people have been promoted to manager, sr, managers and directorss too quickly. Hence, no sense of people management. No value of employees. As long as you are working overtime, you are good. But still no word of appreciation. Even if employees leave the company, they don't care.

      Pros

      If it's your first time working in a professional business setting, this may be the place for you. You gain plenty of experience proper and improper office behaviors. You will also learn the other side of health care data and how this information can affect care quality in addition to a little about IT.

      Cons

      Staff is very reactive. When a problem is presented, a Band-Aid is put on the problem and everyone pretends the problem is fixed. Help desk is not helpful. They only seem to know how to download software…. That’s it. No other problem solving skills. Unless you’re favored, leadership has an every man for himself mentality. The company has a few gems but they are few and far between. Most people leave within the first 6 months. Very high turnover. Insurance is the highest I've seen anywhere.
