I was with this company for last 6 yrs, I grew a lot on technical competency but no where in my career, I joined when the company was small, hoping to grow with the company but I was wrong, upper management never had the right intentions, company went public, got fame but still treated employees as expendable resources. I was naive in not understanding the real intentions of the CEO, he has a tight knit group of advisers who treat him like a King immersed in his pride and not valuing employees hard work, knowledge and experience. Many of my good colleagues left over the years and this yr was my time. If you are just starting your career try to stay on the technology teams but DO NOT stay long and make this place your 2nd home. If you are joining new I welcome you to corporate politics and greed at its best.
