Low pay robotic management, who are unsure of what they want, so processes and expectations constantly change. Company feels like a pyramid scheme, urgently inflating value and calling it long-term success.

Great teamwork and a very supportive environment during training. The team is always willing to help and answer questions. The schedule is flexible, which is helpful, and the company does meaningful work within the state assisting clients with their home buying and selling processes.

Cons

Would love to see opportunities for higher pay over time.
