Pros

Employees can work remotely, but the few benefits are completely overshadowed by the overwhelming problems.

Cons

- Inside Real Estate is one of the most maddening and poorly run organizations I have encountered. - Leadership operates without direction, making reactive decisions with no long-term strategy. - Accountability is nonexistent, and the same mistakes are repeated endlessly. - Supervisors act with unwarranted superiority despite clear incompetence. - Unreasonable demands are constant, harassment is routine, and credit is stolen from employees. - Respect is forced, not earned, and only comes from the position held. - The company offers no real growth, learning, guidance, or opportunities, leaving employees drained and frustrated.

Pros

Remote I worked with some incredible, supportive colleagues

Cons

Top-level execs will lie, smile and talk about family. But they will not hesitate to fire long-term, loyal, hardworking employees just to pad their bank accounts. They keep repackaging the same product and charging more money for it. Tech support is overworked and overwhelmed. Software bugs are not addressed properly despite employees repeatedly bringing attention to known issues.

Pros

If you're looking to gain experience, this might be the company for you.

Cons

Management feels lost and piles on random expectations without showing how to actually hit them. Some people clearly get special treatment, while others are left to struggle, and the discrimination is obvious. Leads and support are uneven, which creates more problems than it fixes. You're mostly on your own, grinding it out while a few people get extra help and fewer rules, which feels shady. Most reps are missing quota, attitudes stay sour, and leadership never looks inward. Stay away from this company.
