Pros

Great financial rewards when you're performing well, like with any job, if you get your head down and get on with what you're being employed and paid to do you'll be well rewarded and respected. Great team camaraderie with plenty of team nights out. Good pension plan and health care scheme.

Cons

Trying to complete some of the simplest tasks was painful. Integration between departments and other sites could be improved upon. Nextdesk tickets. Lack of career opportunities.
